What a divine holiday/honeymoon/family reunion. Two weeks of festivities and indulgence and not a single regret that I put on some holiday weight. it was worth every slice of cake, every soft serve and every cocktail and every visit to Burger King 😂 I woke up today refreshed from a good night's sleep after a long trip home and ready for my first day back at work, ready for gym and fasting.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Exactly... My relationship with my body and food is so much healthier now than when I was young - a year ago, I would be completely shaming myself for this - and that is a major no scale victory for me!
