Me too, so they definitely dont have the same effect on me. My gain could be from eating 40g cadbury bubbly chocolate, and eating late.

Mike could very well be the tomatoes... Even my family now see I loose eating NOTOMATOES lol

Im not sure about that when it comes to me! I took some time to look at my stats. All the days i lost my fat% was under 30% and carbs were between 38- 40%. Its starting to make me question my current macrons. I think im gonna try something different next month. Going to up carbs to 40% fats to 30% and protein 30%, run it for two weeks and see

Thats exactly the point. My current macro is 25% carbs, however my stats say when im loosing most is when my carbs have be in the high 30’s. so the books are telling me 25%, people are telling me 25% but my stats are telling me something else. Only way to prove or disprove is test. Thats what my journey has been about, testing my body to see what works and does not work
