same....as I get closer to losing half of the weight I want to lose I some days want to question myself on do u realy want to lose so much and I say to my self yes I do but do i worry yesssss more then ever I'm scared I'm so scared that after I lose so much and so quick that I'm going to have lots of hanging skin all over that won't be able to hide that will require removal and I don't have finances for that that why some days my secret friends I go back to eating a day or two wrong cos I'm too scared
145.7 kg Lost so far: 39.4 kg.    Still to go: 45.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I tackle one problem at a time. No use worrying about something that hasnt happened yet, cause you end up sabotaging yourself.

lost 40kg in a year, been working out, filled most of my lose skin with muscle.

Gimmi, you on the money, but at 182kgs, working out was not an option. So setting a target of 130kg and getting there through good eating and building good habit is the safest option for us heavy weights. Gym and work outs are definitely on the cards when i hit 130kg and atleast then my knees won’t fall apart.

Thanks u guys Mike hit the nail there I can work out I have a apron stomache witch some people don't realise if they not big is our legs still have to move the fat while walking so in the future difnitly gimme but for now just stonge will
