Nice weight loss this month.
4.9kgs down for the month.

Only two more months like this one and ill hit my goal.
143.1 kg Lost so far: 39.1 kg.    Still to go: 31.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That sounds like an awesome achievement Mike. I'm new to this and losing on average 170 grams a day, is that about what is too be expected? And i am eating 400 kal less per day on average than what is recommended. Train very hard with personal trainer 5 days a week. And havent drunk any alcohol since i started with FATSECRET

Thanks for the support! @middle D, dont have much info on you, so i can only tell you what worked for me. My Do’s and dont’s Dont eat after 8pm Dont eat startches (barring cheat days) Cut all sugar Increase your calorie intake every 2 to 3 months Cheat days are a must. Sometimes cheat weekends. They give you the will power to carry on. Dont take the weight increases to heart, just learn from them, thats why you tracking what you eat so you can see why! 2 Protein shakes a day as i need to keep my macros at carbs 25% fat 40% and protein 35% Very important- 3 liters water a day Apple cider vinegar in water before breakfast and supper I found high calorie soup or smoothie for dinner helps with weight loss. Stay positive Dont beat yourself up for cheating, embrass it and schedule it

Oh and in May i started walking for exercise as i did no exercise before that. I walk 5km at night and about 5000 steps a day for work.
