💊 Medication has bloated me a bit... but even though it looks up today because I've logged this weight... it's actually come down a lot since Monday - where I was at 86.5. Thank cheeses that last night was my last pill for this course 💊
85.2 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
