i weighed in at 05:30 (my usual weighing time) I just went and stood on the scale again (I like to check sometimes to make sure I'm not dreaming) but the scale is now below 85... 84.8 to be exact! I'm screaming with joy. I'll keep my first weigh in as the official number for today... But wow. These are numbers that I had long since given up hope on ever seeing again. Consistency is key. I found a program that suits my life and doesn't hold me back and I'm so happy!
85.2 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
