My weight has been swinging in a 2kg range for about 3 weeks now, up down up down but never really shifting too far from 86, 86.5, 85.8. I have never gotten this far on a weight loss effort before, so I think this is a plateau ... I am going to log my weight daily for the next few weeks just to try get a handle on this. Wishing you all a positive May of achieving goals no matter how small they are. My goal this month is to increase my gym visits from 3 to 4 times a week.
85.8 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
