I have been all over the show this week .. up a lot, down a bit, then up again. I'm logging this weight to give myself some sort of baseline because phew... I'm confused! Anyway - sticking to my mantra that consistency is key - especially during the weird weeks
86 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
