Took a week off from training and dieting ate whatever I wanted got it out my system realised Junk food is just horrible and makes me feel like crap no matter how much I craved it wasnt worth it so now clean eating all the way
57.4 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
