Seeing good results this week before I have been fasting (correctly). 100% zero calorie intake for 16--17 hours and every day I am seeing results. Very happy - my next goal of 85kg is just around the corner!
87.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
