I want to do a little "experiment" to learn to better understand my own weight fluctuations by weighing myself in the afternoon weight Vs morning for the next few days... just to see what I see. will be logging it all... this is first "after work" weigh-in.... let's see how it differs tomorrow morning 😁
87.8 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 2.5 kg a Week

Weight in the afternoon should be higher than in the morning, especially as most people wake up with a morning P. Ive checked my morning P can weigh between 400 and 700grams. Lets see what you find as a result

Yeah. Mine can be as much as 500-800 grams more in the afternoon. But I can also fluctuate by 1-2 kgs depending on water retention/period/medicines... It's good to know ones own body so that we can keep focused for longer and not get dispondent on days where there might be a bit of a gain.
