Im starting to think that jump in calories on 1st March from 1600 to 1900 calories was not a jump but rather an optimistic leaaaaap!

The signs are presenting that i may need to go down to 1700 or 1750 calories, but will ride it out till Friday and see what the result is first.
150.2 kg Lost so far: 32 kg.    Still to go: 38.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
