3kg gain in 3days....can't be live a little cabs can do this.don't think my body can manage carbs no more
166.1 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 66.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Could be mostly water, especially if you've been low carbing for a while. Carbs attract water/are stored as mostly water in the body (hence their name, I never realised), so if you've been cutting them out, when you do have them, they rush to the liver and muscles and you retain water (it's actually more complicated, but that's how I understand it). One will almost always be heavier when carbs are a part of the diet (in terms of numbers on the scale) but it's not necessarily fat. Of course, the type of carbs you take in matters too. The extra weight will be the first to drop should you decide to cut carbs again.

E Art thankvu that essay was a very interesting one makes me now feel a thousand times better.I have been cutting out carbs in all ways but realy started to worry with the weight gain thank u for the info it does make sense 👍

when we take out carbs for a while, to put it back you gotta do it slow at 5g carbs daily per week to see where is our carb tolerance because of this water weight below. research atkins diet. will give you guidelines what food you can put back in your diet slowly. trust me it works.
