only lost a total of 1kg this month which is less than I was hoping for - but - I have lost a total of 14cm including 4cm from my hips which are my biggest "problem" area so I'm very happy with that!!! 😁
88.8 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
