4.6kg loss for the month!

Last month i lost the same amount to the gram.

Consistency, consistency..... thats all we need and want.

In the beginning of my journey i lost 12kg first month and 8 the second month, but as time goes on those big losses become a giant ‘wet dream’! So now when one can loose 4,6kg consistently every month, you should count your blessings and appreciate that success.... and i do!

If i hold this rate of loss i can be 100kg in 10 months time..... 100kgs here i come.... but let me reach my first goal before i plan so far ahead.

Goose, yip, it what i wanted to say to you in your previous post of loosing 20kg, and wanted to warned you that things slow down and not to be discouraged as we adjust and extend our timelines to achieve our goals. The worst thing you can do is become despondent. Best way to handle it is to turn all the small wins into success stories and celebrate them. The more celebration the more you feel its worth it to carry on.

Thank you Mike it's nice to have words of advice from someone who's been through this already like u.the only thing that gives me motivation is to weigh each day and then a week weigh in too does this ring a bell by anyone else
