Got my appetite back thankfully, now to get back to healthy eating again... I want to try OMAD as it fits into my lifestyle quite well... anyone got any tips ?
56.5 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
