Incredibly disappointed - not sure how this fluctuation happened with two minor cheats 😭😂😭 I’m reinforcing my resolve with lentil soup and Zumba!
77.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
