Not bad considering I had the bachelors over the weekend and a breakfast brunch to attend! Self control was hard, but I made it through. This weekend I’m attending the wedding - not sure that I’m THAT disciplined!
78.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
