Thigh : was 79cm- now 78cm
Chest: was 132cm- now 128cm
Stomach: was 149 cm- now 144 cm
Waist: was 138 cm- now 137cm
160.5 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 48.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, happy with my progress. This last week was not great with weight loss on scale. On Wednesday this week, marks 3 months to the date and ive lost 13cm on my chest and 20cm on my stomach so ill take that as my motivation as i continue my journey. If the scale doesnt motivate you at times, grab the tape measure and check your digits, you will be surprised!
