Another good day.

breakfast 2 eggs, 1/2 tomato, 30g steak

lunch 200g pilchards, carrots, broccoli. 30g dark choc.

snack dried banana chips

supper 200g pilchards

cutting out dairy really helps my cravings.
107.3 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
