I think my scale is broken, been off diet for 2 weeks, no exercise at all and eating bread, popcorn, chocolate, chips, many cups of hot chocolate and lots of warm yummy food .... was fully expecting at least a 2kg gain from bloating from the junk and yet this .... how on earth did that happen... not gonna tempt fate though back on the diet now
59.6 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
