it's a life long mental battle against ourselves. the ed never really leaves and the monster can be quiet some days and incredibly loud other days. just remember that you are loved, valued and worthy - at every stage! always put yourself first and be gentle to yourself!

You ladies are all incredible. I went a bit AWOL for a few days, i don't feel good about it necessarily, but also trying to be kind to myself. It was a bad few weeks but I'm doing my best as of today to put it behind me and move on ❤️
