1 can Shredded Tuna (in water or oil) - Drain completely Add 2 eggs, I used liquid egg whites as I was out of eggs Add a tablespoon of baking powder Add a hand full of grated cheddar cheese Add salt and pepper to taste Sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top (Optional) Microwave for 5 minutes in a plastic container to get the nice shape and then pan fried until golden brown.
