Started the Healthy Eating Journey today to lose some weight

Hi good luck. Consistency and kindness to yourself will get you through. Good start. As a nutritionist the recommendations I can add are look for High fiber alternatives like brown rice cakes and sweet potatoes- avoid carbs after lunch time and drink 2.5l of water a day. Herb teas make up that amount. 8 hours sleep and Keep moving and YOU HAVE GOT THIS! 👏👏👏
