I did that last year before lockdown, 5 weeks on the road travelling 7500kms and I managed to stay keto the entire time even while the family braaied roosterkoek and ate chocolates at every turn. I treated myself to the Gracious Bakers rusks and woolies Carb clever muesli now and again and managed to come back 1.5kgs lighter 😅
