Sure thing. I fry some chilli in butter, add mince and brown it. Add 2 tsp coriander power and 1tsp cumin powder. Add half a can of Rhodes tomato puree and x1 fresh tomatoe. Add a beef stock cube that's been diluted with some boiling water and simmer until liquid is mostly gone. And that's it

Pleasure. It's such an easy go to meal. The family have it with wraps and I add lettuce or veg usually
