Yesterday was the first time I did OMAD. Not because I set out to do it but simply cos I wasnt at all hungry. Definitely think I've adapted more somehow with Keto into fat burning. I wouldn't have been able to imagine not being hungry when I started this journey. It's been incredible to see how my body has adjusted during the last 3 months.

So please tell me if you stick to calories or mainly banting. I dont know if i should just keep my calories under 1200 a day

I pretty much do Keto/banting and do try to stick to my 1700 cals a day and make my macros work. I focus on under 20g of total carbs per day. If I am hungry I will go over, especially if I have trained that day. If not hungry, OMAD works (I only discovered yesterday) and I ate under 1500 cals and was full
