Several days of birthday lunches and stress/study bingeing🙃 soooo much work to get through and sooo little time to care about my health. However. Today is a VERY good body image day so I’m counting this as a win.
104.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
