I was naughty this weekend. I had take-aways twice and a few glasses of wine. Hopefully I'll find the willpower to plan a healthier weekend at the end of this week. Unless Cyril says we can have alcohol again. Then I'll be screwed!! 😋🍷

try gin with sprite zero, lots of lemon, sprig of rosemary and a few blueberries in the glass. i prefer sprite zero to the zero tonic. then if you plan like i do you can have 2 or 3 gins per day over the weekend... more forgiving than wine

Electri-Kel... That is my problem too... LOL. I would be able to eat a lot more food if I curbed my beer intake

Haha! Luckily I do like Gin and sugar free tonic. The problem is limiting myself to 3 glasses. 🤔 Anyway, I'm going to have to eat nothing but raw veg on Friday to make this weekend count. 😁
