It was fine, I felt relatively okay - no hunger pains or feeling bad, I did feel a dip in my energy like crazy - I just wanted to nap the entire time. After my lunch 🍴 I have this extreme energy spike! Super grateful for that!

I just want to say, I’m super inspired by your journey! It’s incredible! Secondly, what app is this? I’ve just started fasting too but I’d like to use an app just to track it 🙈
