So yesterday I restarted my diet after giving up due to COVID-19. The hard times didn’t permit me to stay on a “fussy” eating plan ! But I’m back and working towards achieving my goal of 60 or less by December 🙌! Can we loose it !? YES WE CAN ! 😎
