had a really nice slow pace workout this morning. focused on some basic yoga,, stretching, deep breathing and different planking positions holding for extended time periods. different intensity but i feel great. hello baby abs!

It's the Forerunner 73-something XT ... It's been amazing. I've been using it for two years now, but the heart rate reader isn't 100% accurate anymore and sometimes doesn't pick anything up.
