Thanks Fat Mike for inspiring my lunch! gotta love nachos!! Secret weapon - wasabit Bakers VitaSnack rice crackers less calories, spicy and delicious + they maintain their crunch after being heated up to melt cheese!

Now that is a very good idea. Any idea of the carbs in it?

@jaxabi no sorry. I don't really look at carbs as numbers. There are things I (mostly) don't eat (like white stuff - pasta, bread and pastries) but other than that I probably eat quite a lot of carbs. I practice intermittent fasting and calorie counting/restrictions only .. the rest gets too much for my brain 🤣😉 you could probably find the nutritional info easily enough online.
