hey can u share the recipe of the tomato soup please. looks delish

Sure. Although most of my dishes I do on feeling rather than recipe. 1 roasted red pepper. Whilst it was roasting I prepped the soup. 1 onion, garlic and chilli sauce (or fresh chilli, but I make loads of dishes with chilli, so I make a big portion of sauce every week or so) + 1 (large) grated carrot. Sweat that off in the pot with some fresh herbs and olive oil. I used rosemary and olive cubes that I froze the other day. Then I rough chopped I think about 5 tomatoes and added them with a can of onion/tomato. Before I add the stock (I used beef but it could be veg or chicken) but before I add the stock I let the veggies cook a bit. Then I added the roast pepper before adding the stock... left it to simmer for about an hour and blended. Yum yum. Enjoy.
