Salad was mint, spinach, beetroot, radish, avo, cherry tomato + lemon juice, black pepper and a splash of olive oil. Haven't had box fishies for well over a year or more... forgot how tasty and crispy they are.

I just cook my barley with a chicken blok and eat it like rice with my stew. Cook it untill very soft like brown rice.
