Truly Good UnWrap (veggie wraps) with chicken, tzatziki, sundried tomato, cheese, salad and pesto... oh... and extra chilli for me. yum. thank heavens for Truly Good.

I buy my stock through their website. Much cheaper than in stores. But I know that certain Spars and Wrllnes Warehouses stock them. Top tip: Best in the range is their "lasagna" sheets. Looks and tastes just like lasagna, without the carbs. I've only seen that product on their website though.

I agreed, lasagne is good. Noodles/ spagetti were great. But my favourite is the pizza bases. A full pizza with mince, cheese, olives, etc... can end up at about 500 to 600 cal. Brilliant product this Truly Good
