Ate a pizza for dinner. we have a new local spot that we thought we would support. first time in my life it occurred to me that I don't have to order the large pizza. and I didn't.. and the smaller one was actually more than enough. why did I never think like this before. always greedy for more or fearful there wasn't going to be enough. very happy with my mindset this year. yes I can indulge, no, I don't have to completely lose the plot when I do. feeling very balanced and proud of me.

Yes👏🏻 I use to have the same mind set. And it’s slowly changing for the better. Order a lot and finishing everything because later I will regret not eating it all 😂 crazy how the mind works.
