how did you make this so that it has so few calories?

@zuna. the pizza base is from Truly Good and is less than 190cal. mostly the rest of the items are weighed. 50g avo, 4 thin slices of Woolies ham and 40g cheddar cheese plus some butter to fry the shrooms and a bit of a tomato sauce/Tabasco mix.

a healthy lifestyle should focus less on the number of calories but rather on where the calories come from
