Meal prep done for the week. Maybe a little boring to eat like this 4 days in a row... but the time that it saves is a winner! Tuna mayo (for salads - lunches) and chicken, gem squash and green veggies (for dinners)

when I meal prep my lunch for the week I make 2 things. This week it's simple truth noodles with mince and chicken stir fry. I rotate this so I at least eat a different lunch each day. Monday, Wednesday and Friday it's chicken stir fry and Tuesday and Thursday it's the noodles with mince

Yeah. I do that too sometimes but I didn't have time this weekend... One minute it was Friday and suddenly it was Sunday afternoon. We have builders arriving this week, so anything to help me stay on my program is good by me... Even if its boring for a couple days 😉
