how do u add your condiments to the app?

I only really add things like tomato sauce or chutney and those brands are listes in the database. I use a lot of chilli based condiments... And in all honesty I don't count their calories. I use the Carb Clever Siracha and it's pretty hot so its a tiny amount. I also love Tabasco and then I have an insane chilli sauce from Ireland that im obsessed with - it's so hot though that you can't use more than the tip of a knife because it's made of 90% of the chilli used for pepper spray 😅
