what wraps do u use that don't have alot of carbs

Hi S&P. I don't really watch the carb count. I also haven't had wraps in easily more than 6 months because I always forget that I like them lol. These ones were Anat's Low GI whole wheat I think. They were yummy. According to the FS app, 1 wrap = 290ish calories.

There is a company called Welovelowcarb and they have great products with a roll only being 3g of carbs more or less. Look them up on fb
