Interesting. I've just adjusted my RDI setting for the first time since starting on this app. Having lost weight, improved activity levels and gotten a bit older - it now says i have an rdi of 200 more calories a day. the interesting thing is though, that a year ago I thought 2000 calories would never be enough because I was living a life of a food addict. Today. 2200 calories and I can't imagine eating even 1800 anymore because my behaviour around food and consuming has changed so radically.
