Today was such a challenging day. I almost got a chocolate and junk food - but remembered my goals. It’s harder on the bad days.

Keep on talking to your self I keep telling my hubby when I real feel like something is I'm thinking if I need it of want it if I still fool myself with I need it will then I buy it and always feel bad after it's too late
