Okay, so I'm serious about being honest with what I eat. What a day! My 4 year old's class play tonight (so lots of yummy stuff.) And I squeezed in crossfit this morning - anyone who knows me, knows that I am not a morning person. So much for 16 hr fasting today. Post workout breakfast is too important. Dinner at least, healthy. And that's life. I'm slooowly learning to roll wih the punches.
