after 3 days of Fasts no weight changes. eating haphazardly in the evenings. oh well better than a solid gain I guess. at this point I've realised it's a marathon a long draining marathon as opposed 2 a sprint.
102 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 22 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
