@Yvette... I couldn't agree more👌👍 I started this journey to lose weight but also to find a new, more balanced lifestyle for myself that I can live with for the long run... That plan, that lifestyle - it includes cupcakes (and chocolate and waffles lol). I just don't permit myself to use those foods as a crux anymore.
