I have a cold, so no IF for me for a few days until I don't need the medicine again. Also felt like going with an old favourite home remedy and got myself orange juice for that extra kick of vit c. wow - forgot how high in calories 100% fruit juice is .. tomorrow I'll water it down and stretch it out a bit.
