No IF today. Beautiful walk in Kirstenbosch Gardens followed by a roast veggie wrap & coffee from vida-e. Also bought a new pair of sneakers so that i can leave walking shoes in my office for the daily lunch time walk to keep steps up & my feet happy ;)
