I love this app. I had a huge assignment to complete today and we didn't feel like making lunch... opted for Steers burgers, chips and a milkshake. Just being able to consciously calculate what that came to in calories takes any and all guilt away from me. I haven't gone over my allocation for the day. I haven't let guilt completely derail me and knowing what I had as an enjoyable study lunch treat means that I can continue on my plan without feeling like I failed myself because of one meal. 🍔🍟
