Sweet melon sorbet - just blended sweet melon frozen in a mold. Delicious and so satisfying. 61 calories per serving.

Fat free butter chicken without rice and a fresh cabbage salad to compliment it. Roasted tomatoes and onions, chicken marinaded in fat free yogurt. Delicious. Under 400 calories. YASSS!

Incredibly nervous about the next two days. Have a bachelorette to attend today, which means lots of naughty food and drinks. Then tomorrow have a brunch with my in laws for my hubby’s birthday.
The food and drink train is coming my way- CHOO CHOO! 🚂
I don’t think I’ll be able to resist completely, but maybe I can try a little self control!

@orosgirl ask me to share my black bean pattie recipe. It’s done in a food processor, but I think you can do it with a blender. Or just mash it together with a masher, maybe?
This recipe makes 10 patties that you can freeze and then bake later. I like to bulk prep!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup raw oats
1 red onion
2 carrots
2 garlic cloves
1 tin black beans
1 tin chickpeas
1 egg
Smoked paprika
Cumin powder
Cinnamon
I bleats the pasta to break them down a bit and then you can either process or grate the harder veggies into a bowl.
It’s super simple just mix all ingredients together. I wrap small patties into cling wrap and then freeze until

I’ve realized that tomatoes are king. They’re delicious and VERY low in calories (44 kcal per tomato!). You can eat one raw with a little salt, or roast them in the oven dry with smoked paprika until oozy and soft. Amped and loving it.
